Comprehensive systems integration helps ensure successful network, application, systems and service deployment for complex multi-vendor and back office environments. At the same time, efficient engagement between various stakeholders of project and well established deployment process are other few important ingredients of successful system integration. Following block diagram explains the exact process adopted by NPS for System Integration Services Delivery.
NPS deploys different teams to execute and coordinate various stages of the system integration services delivery. The Design, Installation and Integration team coordinate with the requirement analysis, transition and project management team across the project lifecycle for successful system integration. The various stages addressed by the teams are: Requirement Analysis Solution Design Solution Validation Solution Engineering Installation & commissioning Integration Testing Transition to support NPS has developed various application and technology-specific test plans, engineering rules and configuration guides, which enable fast and consistent project execution for complex system integration projects. Additionally, the project transition team also provides readiness assessments for operations support and further infrastructure customization for successful and efficient takeover by the operations support team. These efforts, not only smoothens the overall transition to operations support, but also prepares the complete system for fault tolerance and quick troubleshoot. NPS also has a system integration lab, that stands ready to test the complete implementation and deployment plan before its actually considered for action. This facility reduces further chances of any mis-configuration / failure in the system integration process.
